STANDARD SHIPPING

Our 'standard parcel'* orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Shipping addresses must include a complete street address qualified for service by standard parcel delivery systems. Orders that qualify for 'standard parcel'* shipping to one 48-contiguous-state U.S. address listed will have shipping charges based on the table to the right.
You can feel free to order several items and know that your 'standard parcel'* shipping cost to one 48-contiguous-state U.S. address will not exceed US$22 for 'standard parcel'* delivery. Orders shipped to separate addresses will be treated as separate orders with shipping charges to each address based on the dollar amount being shipped to each individual address.
* 'Standard Parcel' orders include shipments to a single regular 48-contiguous-state U.S. address via ground parcel delivery service. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, oversize items that must be delivered by motorfreight, expedited shipments, and any shipments to a non-U.S. address ARE NOT INCLUDED.
** Certain oversize or heavy items
are not included. Specific shipping
charges for such items will be noted
with the item price and included in

ALASKA, HAWAII & U.S. TERRITORIES
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories require shipment by air and a surcharge of US$10. per order will be added to 'normal parcel' shipping charges. Any shipments that do not qualify for 'normal parcel'-plus-surcharge shipping will require special arrangements.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited 2nd-Day shipping (delivered on the second day after shipping day) is available for an additional US$10 added to your 'standard parcel' shipping total. Next Day shipping is available by special arrangement. These services are NOT available for shipments via motorfreight or on shipments to non-U.S. addresses.

MOTORFREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Items that are oversize or overweight must be delivered by motorfreight. Basic motorfreight (dock-to-dock) is for delivery to commercial addresses, without notification, during normal business hours (9-5 M-F). Residential deliveries (dock-to-curb) or inside delivery are available at extra cost. We will help you determine the best way for your order to be delivered.

SHIPPING TO NON-U.S. ADDRESSES
Our shipments are primarily directed to U.S. addresses, but we regularly ship to locations around the globe. Shipping costs and details require arrangements on a per shipment basis. Non-U.S. shipments are restricted to FedEx or UPS for security and reliable insurance coverage considerations. Customers ordering for delivery outside the U.S. should also be aware that there may be customs and import duties imposed by the local governments at the shipment destination. These fees, where applicable, will usually be collected before the shipment is completed. All payments to gadgeteer® for merchandise or shipping must be made in U.S. Dollars, and do not include any charges for customs fees or duties.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
In the unfortunate event that your shipment arrives in less than perfect condition, carefully preserve the shipping boxes, packing materials, merchandise and packaging for inspection and documentation of your claim. Notify us immediately with a complete description of the damage and we will institute a damage claim for your shipment with the parcel service involved. Usually the parcel service will pick up the complete shipment (shipping materials and merchandise) for inspection and determination of the disposition of the claim. While there may be a short delay, all shipments are shipped insured for the full value of purchase. In many instances, when your claim is honored, you will be given the choice of a replacement or a refund.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with all of your purchases, but sometimes you may decide that a selection you've made is just not right for you. Should you need to return something, please do so promptly, within 30 days from the date of the original shipment. Please send a brief explanation of the reason for your return to help us serve you better. Merchandise held beyond 30 days may not be returned. Return shipments should be sent prepaid and insured for the full value of the merchandise being returned. Merchandise must be returned as received, in original, saleable condition, with all packaging, instructions, literature and attachments included. Items that are returned incomplete, with missing packaging, or that have been used, are not acceptable for return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made in the manner in which payment was made. Credit card orders will be refunded to the account on which they were originally charged.

WARRANTIES
Some products carry a manufacturer's warranty. When a warranted item has been put into service, it is not returnable, but it is covered by the terms of the warranty information supplied by the maker. Repair and/or replacement is performed at the discretion of the manufacturer or their service providers. Warranties do not cover neglect, misuse or accidental damage. In the event that you've misplaced your warranty information, we may be able to supply the information necessary to help you contact the manufacturer or service provider.

AVAILABILITY & PRICING
We make a concerted effort to manage inventory, supply availability and pricing. All of these are subject to change, however, and sudden changes may cause a product to become unavailable or out of stock without notice. We will notify you if an item you've ordered is out of stock or discontinued and advise you of your options to the best of our ability. Your account will not be charged for regular order merchandise until it is shipped. When there are price changes we will honor our posted price at the time of your order.
